About Us
Welcome to The Counting House, a thoughtfully curated dining experience located within a federally recognized historic building. We are passionate about bringing together local flavors, expertly crafted cocktails, and an atmosphere that celebrates both tradition and innovation.
Located within the historic Durfee-Union Mills complex at 405 Pleasant Street in Fall River, The Counting House finds its home in the original Building #12 – once the heart of the mill’s operations. Owners Tina Soscia and Brian Corey have meticulously transformed this historic space into an upscale restaurant and craft cocktail lounge.
We are proud to collaborate with a local distillery in Westport to produce our own unique house liquors. Our menu celebrates the vibrant tapestry of Fall River’s diverse culinary influences, showcasing a selection of thoughtfully crafted sharable plates. We source the freshest local ingredients, allowing the bounty of our region to shine through in every dish. From our signature craft cocktails to our creative small appetizers and indulgent house-made desserts, we aim to offer a dining experience that delights the senses and honors the rich culinary heritage of our community.
The Counting House also features a private dining room equipped with a dedicated liquor locker for members, adding a touch of exclusivity to your celebrations.
At The Counting House, we believe in the art of good food, good drink, and great company.
